Loft *Skyline view* Rooftop pool, gym, bbq & more

Great apartment to enjoy CDMX Positive: Great location between Roma Norte and Condesa. The apartment has everything you need. We absolutely loved the rooftop with has a nice view of the city, swimming pool, sunbeds and gym. It’s a perfect spot to unwind and escape the busy city. Negative: There was a strange smell coming from the shower, but I think this is an issue across the city (not specific to this apartment).

Positive: Das Apartment liegt direkt in Roma Norte, einem Künstlerviertel mit schönen Cafés und tollen Flair. Es ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist ausserdem der Rooftop Pool sowie das Gym mit Skyline View. Es war sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann’s jedem empfehlen! Negative: - Die Balkontür ist leider sehr schlecht isoliert, sodass man Strassenlärm hört - Ein Duschkopf neben der Regendusche wäre praktisch gewesen, wenn man die Haare nicht waschen möchte - Leider riecht der Abfluss im Bade sehr unangehm

Bel endroit, gestion de l'appartement à améliorer Positive: Emplacement intéressant dans Roma Norte, proche de tout. Magnifique toit terrasse. Belle piscine.Salle de sport et coin travail très sympathiques. Le personnel de l'immeuble est très accueillant. Machine Nespresso top. Bonne literie. Negative: Le propriétaire ou la personne chargée de la gestion de l'appartement a omis de nous envoyer la procédure d'arrivée avec les instructions (numérode l'appartementet code de l'entrée). Il a fallu lui demander et attendre sa réponse alors que nous étions à l'accueil depuis un moment. Appartement mal isolé de l'extérieur, bruit de la rue important. Propreté à améliorer (penser à nettoyer le frigo, enlever le calcaire de la douche, odeur dans la douche, faire la poussière...). Une douchette en plus du ciel de pluie serait la bienvenue lorsqu'on ne veut pas se laver les cheveux...
